Fab connections with their shuttle. Quite near the airport. Wonderful staff. Comfy bed. Good internet setup for those without laptops. Easy laundry. Refreshing small dip pool. Could use some more lounge chairs and mattresses for the beach and around the pool. Decent breakfast of fruit, toast, cereal and hot drinks. Store with necessities behind reservation. Dependable wakeup calls. Taxis to airport readily available. Once again outstanding staff.
More lounge chairs and mattresses.

The view from the oceanfront balcony room is lovely and there was plenty of space to move in both the room and the bathroom. However, as this is predominantly a backpackers location and the room is right over the bar area, it can be noisy in the evening.
The location is isolated if you don't have transport which means you have to buy all your food on site. The quality of food is not great and it can be difficult to get what you ordered. We took the 'breakfast included' option and were disappointed as there were rice bubbles, toast, marmalade and tea (no coffee unless you purchased it). Cooked breakfasts are available to order. The website advertises 'all taxes included' and they still put extra tax charges on the account! They need to improve service offered and communication between staff.

The location of the hotel is convenient, with easy access to the beach and a short distance from the airport in Nadi. Guests staying in the shared dorm room mentioned that it was not very noisy and they were able to sleep well. the staff at the hotel were helpful, with 24-hour reception and assistance in calling a taxi for early morning departures.
One negative aspect mentioned by a guest was that the Wi-Fi at the hotel sometimes did not work properly.

Location and food were good
They completely messed up our booking. They tried to give us an internal room, when we had specifically requested an Ocean View, They had emailed us two weeks before trip saing that they had booking problems would we mind movin to a cheaper room. We immediately declined and they came back to us and confirmed our original booking. On arrival they tried again to give us an internal room. Only when we refused to take the room did they give us their one suite, which had a partial ocean view. During our stay they also booked in another couple into the room we occupied!!!!! They were in total disarray regarding bookings.!

Looking for a great vacation spot with an amazing beach and friendly atmosphere? Look no further! the hotel I stayed at was perfect for a relaxing getaway! the location of the café offered stunning views of the ocean, and the meals were cooked to perfection. the rooms were spacious and comfortable. the bathroom was clean and included all essential amenities. the friendly and attentive staff made my stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast was filling and offered a variety of options to choose from. the pool was clean and refreshing, and I had a great time exploring the nearby shops and restaurants. the only drawback was the spotty Wi-Fi in the room. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this vacation destination for a memorable and relaxing experience!

We had a great experience at this beachfront resort. the staff were friendly and always willing to help. the activities during the day and evening were fun, and we especially enjoyed the delicious food at the restaurant. the location near the airport and the free shuttle service were very convenient. the best part was the beautiful beach right in front of the resort, where we could relax all day. it was a comfortable stay and good value for money. Cons: Nothing, all great! .

We loved the staff at this hotel. They were incredibly helpful and accommodating, always ready to assist with any issues that came up. The location was also great, with easy access to day trips and activities. Our son felt really welcome here, and the hotel provided a comfortable base for our backpacking adventures. The value for money was excellent, with better food choices and quality compared to other similar hotels and hostels in the area.
Was all great.

Staffs were helpful, always there when I need to ask about any things; cozy restaurant, great location by the beach front, great information from tourist desk.
Breakfast is not satisfiying, juice was not concentrated, price of food from restaurant is quite expensive, not many vegetarian selection, room was smelled awkful because of the bedcover.

Quite good location, on the beach and quite close to the airport. Scuba school on site. Beach good, but a little bit muddy. Good stopping off point on an onward trip to the Yasawas. Evening entertainment, dancers and Kava nights quite entertaining.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Firstly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. From the receptionist who welcomed me with a smile and all the information I needed, to the lady at the travel desk who provided helpful advice about transfers and island resorts. Secondly, the hotel's location was perfect, right along the beach. I loved sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful ocean view. Finally, the rooms were comfortable and well-equipped, with air conditioning and a balcony. this hotel offered great value for money.
Everything was perfect, no improvements needed.

My 4-berth room was spacious with high ceiling, airconditioned with an upmarket bathroom. Excellent security. Courtesy pickup from Nadi airport. Perfect spot to relax with enormous curved beach just out front. Couldn't have asked for more. Complimentary breakfast was totally adequate since I was not there to gain weight but eat healthy. A truly relaxing spot.
Indian chefs were great when it came to dahl soup and presumably other Indian cuisine. When it came to fried rice I imagine the recipe said, "take one cup of sawdust". Prices were a bit on the steep side. At an upmarket hotel near Nadi airport I decided to live it up in the coffee shop for a final celebratory meal before flying out. The meal was terrific, far superior to any I had at Smugglers, and cost considerably less. The above is the only negaritive comment I have about my stay and I wouldn't hesitate to return if it were not for the restaurant.
